Our yoga and movement classes at Move Yoga studio offer variety to give you choice depending on your mood and desires, day to day….perhaps you want to become fitter, stronger, more flexible, or simple happier and healthier.
We have something for everyone. Our drop in classes or 5 class pass is the perfect way to find out what you enjoy.
Our team are also happy to advise you and help you to feel empowered and energised if you are not sure what to try.

Sunrise Yoga
Gentle 30 minute stretch, movement and breath to start your day
7am mornings - Online via Zoom

Stretch & Flow | Stretch & Chill
Warming the body gently with movement, breathwork and stretches. The class will include gentle moves and long holds. Winding down to finish with deep relaxation.

Flow Yoga (Warm & Energising)
A mindful meditative flow through poses to re balance and re centre body and mind. Top and tailed with breathwork and relaxation.
Energising flow class will be more uplifting. While warm will be a soft more gentle approach.

Gentle Yoga
Have you thought about trying yoga but find it all a bit confusing, overwhelming....or even tried before and just not “got it”…
Our Gentle yoga classes will take you through the basics of Yoga; breathing, the fundamental moves and sequencing queues to leave you feeling confident to join any other yoga class (or just stay in gentle!) and enjoy it.

Mum & Baby Yoga
Classes will focus on YOU the parent, providing a safe relaxed space for you to begin moving safely again and over time improve your core, strength, and tone while spending time together with your baby. The postnatal classes are designed for all parents and your pre-crawling babies too (if you wish) You may feed, change nappies and have the wee ones join in!

Pilates & Power Pilates
Pilates & power Pilates classes will work on improving posture & core strength. They target the powerhouse of the body- glutes, hips, pelvic floor, back & deep abdominal muscles. Strengthening the core muscles thus developing stability throughout the torso.

Barre
A fun, upbeat class suitable for anyone incorporating dance, pilates, yoga and resistance - Low impact moves to improve posture, flexibility, balance, stability, endurance, and muscle definition, together with toning and reduced stress.

Strength Tone Sculpt | Strength & Conditioning
These classes will take you through a sequence of moves or circuit with weights and body weight designed to improve your strength and tone all over.
Targets the full body with a short warm up, weights and cool down. You will choose weights which you can build over time to increase tone, burn fat and build strength!

Strong Yoga | Dynamic Yoga
A playful practice that links movement with breath in one smooth continuous sequence. In this class you will be led from one pose to another through your inhale and exhale, creating heat inside the body and a stillness in the mind. Some holds and some flows.

Move Dance Fit Fun!
A fun dance class for all - regardless of age or ability. Absolutely no experience necessary only a willingness to move and have fun. Laughter and joy is a guarantee!
Each week the class will start with movement to warm you up, then dance. Our teacher will guide you through step-by-step learning a routine choreographed to music. Building each week.

Power Yoga
This class will challenge and push you to find more strength in body and mind.
With a combination of strong yoga poses sequenced together to work to a peak pose or designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Outdoor Fitness
A fun class designed to be a bit different in the beauty of the fresh air!
Meeting at Move this class may be on the beach or in the park. Incorporating body weight and some equipment and a lot of fun. You can expect to get stronger and raise your natural endorphins in this session!
Mindful Movement ….

Simply Yoga, Yin / Myo-Yin, Restorative, Meditation
Our softer more mindful Yoga series of classes involve a slower more straightforward simple practice.
Simply Yoga, Yin, Stretch & Chill and Restorative will all incorporate principles of yoga alongside traditional Chinese medicine, myo-fascial release, and slow or even stillness, these classes offer a different type of movement and also stillness.
The perfect antidote to our busy lives and minds These classes help us to stop, be still and discover our softer side where we need to slow and just "be" to appreciate the more fluid busy 'yang' in our life.

Feel revitalised with nourishing food and drinks, energised by classes different to your traditional day retreats for a more uplifting, more inspiring, more social day away all in the beautiful surrounds of North Berwick.

* 10am Light arrival nourish: fresh juice shot and light bite
* 10:30am Barre | Strength class: All levels uplifting followed by stretch
* 11:45 Mindful beach walk: get your feet sandy and salty
* 12:30 Nourishing light lunch
* 13:15 Time to sit / meditate / journal / relax
* 13:45 Myo-Yin & Restore class: Release tension and rest
* 15:00 Day ends with coffee / tea and afternoon treat to take away
